1, high temperature and pressure and impact test:

For objects: LED lamps (of lighting products including LED Driver)

Reference Standard: Industry Experience


Test Methods:

A, 5 LED lamps will be placed in a room temperature of 60 ℃ room;

B, the LED lamps by the regulator input voltage adjusted to 1.1 times the maximum rated input voltage;

C, power, lighting 24H, lamps and observe whether there is damage, the material thermal deformation and other anomalies;

D, after the lighting test, relay control fixtures in this environment impact test, test set: lighting 20s, lights 20s, 100 cycles.

Testing requirements:
A, lamps after a high temperature and pressure test, can not occur surface stripping, discoloration, cracking, material deformation and other anomalies;

B, at the after impact test fixture, electrical anomalies can not occur leakage of not lighting and the like.

2, low pressure and low temperature impact test:

For objects: LED lamps (of lighting products including LED Driver)

Test Methods:

B, the LED lamps by the regulator input voltage adjusted to a minimum of 0.9 times the rated input voltage;

D, after the lighting test, relay control fixtures in this environment impact test, test set: lighting 20s, lights 20s, 100 cycles.

Testing requirements:

Test Methods:

C, relay control fixtures impact test at normal temperature and pressure, the test set: lighting 30s, lights 30s, circulation 10,000.

Testing requirements:

4, temperature cycle:

Test Methods:

5, constant heat test:

Test Methods:

A, 5 LED lamps will be placed in a climatic chamber, temperature and humidity box is set to 95% relative humidity and a temperature of 45 ℃;

B, according to the rated input voltage LED lamps powered lighting 48H;

C, samples were removed after the dry surface drops, placed under normal atmospheric pressure and room temperature recovery after inspection 2H.

Testing requirements:

6, vibration test:

Test Methods:

7, life test:

Test Methods:

A, the 5 LED lamps at room temperature 25 ℃, according to the rated input test initial luminous flux, power, color temperature and other parameters;

B, after the initial test is completed, the samples were placed in a room temperature environment 25 ℃, according to the rated input voltage power lighting;

C, the first three months, every 10 days, and the samples were subjected to a same initial test environment, the same test conditions, the test of the luminous flux, power, color temperature recorded and compared with the initial parameter;

After D, tests to three months, then adjust the test parameters of the test interval is once a month, and the initial value of the recorded data and contrast;

Testing requirements:

A, in the life of the lamp test, when 70% of the luminous flux decay time of its initial luminous flux, for the life of the sample by the average of all the samples life calculated to obtain the average life expectancy of the LED lamps;

B, LED lighting is not bright phenomenon occurs during the test sample, then its absolute life time.
